Star Ananda and Ac Nielsen exit poll report is as follows

joint exit poll survey was conducted by Star Ananda & Ac Nielsen and their prediction is as follows:
Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 221 seats in which Trinamool Congress alone may get 181 seats and Congress may get 40 seats.
The exit poll predicts Left Front may get 62 seats. CPI (M) alone may get 55 seats, CPI may get 2 seats, Forward Bloc may get 3 seats and RSP may get 2 seats.

BJP may get 2 seats and others may get 9 seats.

Although they have published their final result of exit poll as Trinamool and Congress alliance may win in 225 seats, Left Front may win in 60 seats, BJP may win in 3 seats ans others may win in 6 seats.

10th May 2011: Exit poll survey, conducted by CVB News-C-Voter indicate a clean sweep for the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress in West Bengal.

AITC led allinace is expected to get between 184 to 192 seats in the 294-member while the Left is expected to win only in 48 to 56 seats.

Congress is projected to win in 39 to 47 seats.

Update : 31st March 2011, Oinion poll survey results by India Today for West Bengal Assemly Elections 2011

Opinion poll survey carried out by India Today-Headlines, Today-Mail Today-ORG results suggests that AITC led by Mamta Banerjee has an edge over left front.

Results of the opinion poll survey shows that Mamata Banerjee was a clear favourite with the people of Bengal as the state’s next chief minister. The railways minister polled 49% of the votes to Buddhadeb’s 20%. About 38% voters said they preferred another term for the Left, but 53% said they favour change.

In 2011, the ORG opinion poll predicts that the Left will get 43% of the vote share, 44% for Trinamool and allies and 12% for others. ORG projects Trinamool and allies will get 182 seats, the Left will get 101 seats, and others 11.

Different TV channels have conducted exit poll survey in West Bengal assembly election 2011. There are many questions and doubt over the accuracy of such type of survey in our country as in many previous elections the prediction of exit polls was far away from the actual result. Still people of West Bengal will be busy till 13 may, speculating probable result of the just completed West Bengal assembly election 2011 and these figures can input some data in their calculations.

Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 187 seats. Party wise break up is like, Trinamool Congress may get 152 seats, Congress may get 33 seats and SUCI may get 2 seats.

Left front may get 100 seats where CPI (M) alone may get 73 seats, CPI may get 3 seats, RSP may get 7 seats, Forward Bloc may get 14, SP may get 1 seat, Forward Bloc (M) may get 1 seat and DSP may get 1 seat.

Mahua Bangla’s exit polls say that BJP may open their account in this state with 1 seat and 6 seats may go to others.

Phase wise break up

Phase I: Total seats 54. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 24 seats. Left Front may get 23 seats. BJP may get 1 seat and others may get 6 seats.

Phase II: Total seats 50. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 34 seats. Left Front may get 16 seats.

Phase III: Total seats 75. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 62 seats. Left Front may get 13 seats.

Phase IV: Total seats 63. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 48 seats. Left Front may get 15 seats.

Phase V: Total seats 38. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 17 seats. Left Front may get 21 seats.

Phase VI: Total seats 14. Trinamool Congress and Congress alliance may get 2 seats. Left Front may get 12 seats.
