Use email on Windows Phone 6.5

Use email on Windows Phone 6.5

Windows PhoneWith your Windows Phone, you can send and receive email the same way that you do on your computer. This includes emails with attachments such as text files, photos, sound files, and short videos. Your phone can run multiple email accounts at the same time.

You can also access email accounts that you have set up on your computer through an Internet service provider (ISP) such as Windows Live. Messages sent to those accounts can be scheduled for automatic delivery to your phone.

You can set up your phone to notify you with a sound when email is received. In addition, you can use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) to sync directly with a Microsoft Exchange Server account or with Microsoft Outlook on your computer. This will enable you to sync Outlook email, calendar events, contacts, favorites, and tasks.
